Dale E. Wafer is Chairman/CEO of Xpedite-it LLC, a transportation company serving the greater metro Washington DC area. As CEO he is responsible for leading new capital development projects and strategic new market expansion. Mr. Wafer has led Xpedite-it annual growth of more than thirty percent (30%) each of the last two years by securing contracts with FedEx and TNT, who currently hold leading industry positions in shipping globally.

Because of Mr. Wafer’s belief in “To whom much is given, much is required”, Mr. Wafer serves on a number of non-profit boards which include The Oak Tree Media Conservatory, The Success For Life Institute (SFLi) and is a key advisor to the Eastern BOSS Movement programs.    

Mr. Wafer is also Senior Pastor of The Harvest Church in Washington, DC whose vision reflects Mr. Wafer’s passion for local and foreign missions, most especially in the area of community empowerment in the Third World.
