Grenetta Wells, MEMG’s Chief Operations Officer, has more than 10 years experience serving in senior financial leadership and high-level management roles at non-profit organizations, churches and for-profit corporations.  Ms. Wells’ years of service and experience have afforded her the opportunity to acquire a broad knowledge base and expertise in strategy consulting and administration, strategic financial planning, fundraising, budgeting, investment banking and program management.   She is particularly skilled in the areas of performance improvement, and leadership development.

Additionally, as International Project Director for MEMG, LLC, she spearheads the establishment of new country programs, including instituting lending strategies, coordinating solidarity groups, and collaboration with microfinance institutions.   Ms. Wells has a Chartered Financial Consultant designation, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Towson State University.
